Set up for success
We meet with you to learn about your business, your products and what you are looking to achieve. We build a workshop framework around your needs and set a date for the workshop.

Meet the experts
We interview the project sponsor and knowledge experts to uncover where the big problems lie. We dig deep to determine what success looks like and we set goals and targets.
3.
Identify opportunities
We guide the group through tools and exercises to map out all the problems to solve. We then narrow down on the areas that are most impactful if solved and focus there.

Create solutions
We attack the problem from all directions, ensuring no solution is left undiscovered. We push the team to get out of their comfort zone, because that’s where the real shifts happen!

Prototype & test
Once a solution is selected, we arrange to have the core value of the idea tested. Depending on the project, this involves building low-medium fidelity prototypes and arranging them to be tested with real users.

Gain insight
We digest the user feedback, determining the value of the idea. Depending on the outcome, either progress to further development with confidence that the idea has value or take the learnings and repeat the prototype & test phase.
